Carrie Barton

State: Utah
Timbersled: Riot3 Pro, Riot 120 S Pro
Favorite place to Ride: The Uinta Mountains

Carrie found snow bikes during a break from a long and accomplished dirt bike racing career that focused primarily on 24 hour Ironman offroad events.  She has stood on the podium at the 24 Hours of Glen Helen, the 24 Hours of Starvation Ridge, and many other ultra endurance Ironman events.  In 2019 she became the first woman the finish the 2200+ mile Tour of Idaho adventure challenge.  Snow biking began as a fun break from the rigors of competition but soon launched into a full blow obsession.  Within a year of taking up the sport, she was accepted on to the Timbersled Ambassador team and invited to represent the brand on the Polaris Empowersports Women's Riding Council.  Since that time, she hasn't slowed down and continues to hone her skills and challenge herself with more technical terrain and is now a member of the Timbersled athlete team.  Carrie prescribes to the ideology that there is always something to learn, whether it be a new trick or fine tuning an existing skill so snow biking has provided the perfect opportunity to push herself out of her comfort zone. Once a devoted fan of summer, she now can’t wait every year for the snow to start falling so that she can continue to push herself and help others discover the joys of riding a Timbersled.  All while having as much fun as possible along the way.
