Replacement parts for your Timbersled snow bike system can be identified and ordered using the online parts catalog. To find a part, visit the online parts catalog.
Use the fitment tool to show only parts and assemblies for your snow bike or log in to your Polaris account and use the bike in My Garage.
Scroll down the page to select an assembly.
For example, let’s find a bearing for the rear suspension of the snow bike. So we’re looking for the rear suspension assembly. We’ll select Suspension > Rear Assembly. After selecting the assembly, you’ll see a diagram — which can be zoomed in or out — with part numbers that correspond to the listings.
The bearing is part of item 11, which includes both the bearing and retaining ring. So if we scroll down to 11, we’ll find that it is part number 1590431-070 and costs $59.99. Here it also can be added to your shopping cart. Note that the default quantity is the number that comes with the complete assembly. In this case, that is two. To only order one, change the quantity to 1 before adding it to your cart.
Some parts will show multiple part listings for the same item number. The part you need depends on which color or model your system is.
Your Timbersled Dealer can help you find the correct part for your vehicle. To find a dealer near you, use the Dealer Locator.
Note that some older parts displayed in the parts catalog no longer are available from Polaris. Contact your local Polaris Dealer for availability. Additionally, any item shown on the schematic comes as a unit of 1. If you need multiples of an item you must adjust the amount you order.
Consumer warning: In order for work to be performed safely and correctly, many parts replacement procedures and repair procedures must be done by trained Polaris service technicians in a properly equipped shop. You must read the service manual and be familiar with the service procedures before starting the work. Certain procedures require the use of special tools that are not available to the general public and your dealer will have to perform these procedures for you as necessary. If you have any doubt as to your ability to perform any of the procedures outlined in the service manual, contact an authorized Polaris Dealer for service. Procedures indicated to be performed by dealers only could void your warranty if performed incorrectly. The failure to follow correct procedures and use correct tools could result in serious injury or death.
