SnowCheck Overview
SnowCheck is an annual program offered by Timbersled in the spring. Customers who place SnowCheck orders can pre-order limited edition Timbersled models while customizing their Timbersled snow bike system. SnowCheck applies to new model year Timbersled systems only.
SnowCheck for model year 2025 snow bikes started March 4, 2024 and ended April 13, 2024.
The eligible models and incentives for U.S. and Canadian customers are listed below.
U.S. SnowCheck customers will receive a four-year warranty and $300 in Timbersled accessories with the purchase of a RIOT snow bike system.
Canadian SnowCheck customers will receive a four-year warranty and $400 in Timbersled accessories with the purchase of a RIOT snow bike system.
Warranty
Polaris Promotional Limited Warranty (PLW): The Promotional Limited Warranty consists of the standard 12-month factory warranty plus an additional 36 months of additional promotional limited warranty coverage for a total of 48 months of warranty coverage. Any additional warranty coverage after the initial 12-month factory warranty is subject to a $50.00 deductible per visit.
Warranty Registration: Must be submitted using Timbersled electronic registration and must be received by Timbersled as sold or no later than the ending date of the program December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM CST. If this date is missed, no credits will be issued. If a SnowCheck unit is not registered by December 31, 2024, the unit is no longer eligible for retail programs.
Ordering
The ordering period for model year 2025 SnowCheck models was March 4, 2024 through April 13, 2024.
Customers placing a SnowCheck order are required to make a $500 minimum non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by April 13, 2024 with their dealer.

There is a four (4) unit per customer limit on SnowCheck purchases.
SnowCheck Status
SnowCheck customers should see their Timbersled Dealer with questions regarding the status of their order. Your dealer will be your best resource for determining shipment and arrival dates, as well as answering any questions regarding your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and serial number.
