To track your Polaris online order, log in to your account via the ACCOUNT drop down menu in the upper right-hand side.
Then find the WELCOME drop down in the upper right-hand side and select ONLINE ORDERS.
Select the order you would like tracking information for. The tracking will be available on the right side, beneath your order summary.
Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email, like the example below, with your account and order information after placing your order. Save this information for reference and click the the GET ORDER STATUS link in your email to log in to your account and view tracking information.
Orders can take up to three business days to process before a tracking number is generated for your shipped order. Please wait at least 24 hours before attempting to track your order. Payment error can further delay shipment.
Customers who do not have a Polaris account and made guest orders can also check their online order status from any Polaris vehicle website. At the bottom of the page, find the RESOURCES tab and click on ORDER STATUS.
This will bring you to the "Check Your Order Status" page. Type in the order number given to you at checkout and your email address.
