Dan Adams: Free Rider of SledNecks Films & Extreme Team Films & Polaris Industries
I've been riding with Timbersleds products for the last two seasons on my
Polaris Dragon and my Polaris Assault. The responsiveness and strength of
both the Mtn. Tamer back suspension as well as the Barkbuster front A-arms
is amazing. When doing extreme back country riding, I need my sled to
perform at its best. I am the type of rider that puts both my sled and my
body through a series of difficult situations throughout the season and
the components on my snowmobiles have to hold up to the test. One of the
best things I noticed on the suspension was that it did not have much kick
back on big bumps and when landing huge drops. This gave me more
confidence to take my riding to a new level of extreme. Timbersled
products are without a doubt an improvement that will not only shed some
serious weight, but will make a sled perform better than you can imagine.

Dan Gardiner: Boondockers Films
I've been riding in snowmobile films for over 8 years dropping big cliffs,
hitting jumps, and riding backcountry all over the western U.S. and
Canada. Over the years I've had the opportunity to ride many different
suspensions and I can easily say that the Timbersled Mtn. Tamer is the
best aftermarket rear suspension for me and the mountain riding that I do.

Chris Burandt of Burandt's Back Country Adventure In my business my clients demand the best back country experience possible. To insure a trip of a lifetime a big part of the experience is being able to ride some of the coolest sleds on the snow. This past season I hooked up with Timbersled Products and outfitted one of our sleds with the Mtn. Tamer rear suspension. On the snow the Mtn. Tamer was awesome! I really liked being able to adjust the weight transfer and fine tune it to my liking and of course the lightweight features of the skid is a must have for us. For this year I am excited to announce that we will be adding another Mountain Tamer rear suspension to the fleet, I will also be trying out the Barkbuster front end with the redesigned All/Terrain spindle that is new for 2010. Our sleds will also be outfitted with Timbersled indestructible all aluminum hot air vent kits, side panel vents and hood air intake vents. It's going to be another killer year at Burandt's Back Country Adventure thanks to all of our customers and the killer support from Timbersled to make these sleds what they are! |

Dan Bush of Thunderstruck Films Over the last 20 years, I've spent a lot of time on big mountains,
snowmobiles and every kind of mod you can think of. For me, the front and
rear-suspensions from Timbersled are the real-deal for extreme mountain
riding. Strong, lightweight and when properly set up, an amazing
suspension-system for soaking up bumps and keeping my track exactly where
it needs to be when I'm pulling a 1,000 foot chute.

Amber Holt of Minis Backcountry Basics, 509 Films, Crazy Canadian Films, & Boondockers Films I have been riding Arctic Cat
M1000s for the last three years all equipped with Timbersled suspensions.
For a lighter rider like myself who weighs 140lbs in full riding gear, I
found the stock M1000 to be a handful. After I installed the Mtn Tamer
rear suspension and Barkbuster front end with the Xtreme Spindles it
eliminated the heavy stiff handling characteristics of the M1000. The
results were increased riding endurance, confidence, and skills.
I am still running those original Timbersled
suspensions on that M1000, with thousands of miles, and have yet to have
any problems of durability or failure.

Jim Phelan of Thunderstruck Films When Team Thunderstruck looks at custom suspensions, we look for many different ways to break them down, abuse them, even trash them. We look at weight, we look at transfer, we look at coupling, we look at the wheelie-factor, we look at it all. And we put it all to the test. When I put the TIMBERSLED rear suspension on my MCXpress turbo Nytro this year I was AMAZED at the increase in performance over my old suspension! No more wheelie-over-backwards syndrome! I could ride bumpy trails without my shocks being bottomed-out the entire time! The transfer was perfect for the steep mountains we climb! It took every abuse I dished out to it like a champ! And the weight savings was INSANE! A top-notch product from an amazing forward-looking company and to top it all off, a great price!!! What more could a sledder ask for!! |

Mark Mesenbrink of Thunderstruck Films I have an Arctic Cat M8 turbo that I put both the
Barkbuster front end and Mtn. Tamer rear suspension on. The front
suspension has worked as advertised. It turns sharper and sucks up the
bumps way better than the stock suspension. It makes side hilling and
boondocking in the woods much easier. The installation was very easy, and
with the fox float shocks, it made making changes to the suspension
characteristics easy as a snap. |

Rob Hoff, Free Rider of Summit HD Films, & Extreme Team Films
Timbersled products are a must for any rider! I ride a Ski-Doo XP 146. I
took it out early last season bone stock. The stock rear skid bottomed out
more often than not. The stock A-arms felt too wide and had difficulty
side-hilling. They also didn't seem to have a very tight turning radius.
From the trail to the steeps, my stock suspension did not satisfy me.
Well, Timbersled changed all that. Once I installed the front and rear
kits my riding changed. With the installation of front A-arms I also
installed Fox evol shocks (another must). The A-arms are a few inches
narrower than stock. It makes a world of difference on an XP for
side-hilling. It makes mountain riding much easier. They are very tough as
well. You can pound the trail as well as huck huge cliffs. They take the
abuse. The rear skid takes the BIG hits with ease and sheds a ton of
weight as well.
