About Our Sleds
Timbersled specializes in building custom lightweight snowmobile chassis that are built to take the abuse of extreme mountain riding. All of the parts that we build on our sleds are designed and built by us. We have thoroughly tested and refined each one of these parts to maximize the sleds performance and durability. This is why we give a satisfaction guarantee and a full workmanship warranty on the sled.
Our sleds have a clean simple look to them. Every part on them is either powder coated, polished or chromed, to give it a show quality look. We put a lot of pride into building these sleds. That is why we build each sled like it was our own. We know what works and what doesn't, because we use and abuse our own snowmobiles.  

Straight Taper Mountain Tunnel Kit

  • Kits Save 10 to 15 lbs.

  • Straight & smooth running boards give superior flotation.

  • Tunnel is 1 piece with no rivets holding it together. This gives it a clean and simple look.

  • Tunnels are 1” deeper than stock.

  • No blockhead modifications needed.

  • Running boards & foot pockets are designed to keep snow & ice from building up & will accommodate a rolled drive axle.

  • Includes our 5 lb. tubular U-cooler (we also sell cooler separately).

  • Tunnels come Powder Coated in any color you like or semi polished.

Kits include: Tunnel, tube cooler, Mtn. bumper, gas mat, foot traction, suspension mounting brackets & bolt hole supports, foot pockets, toe hooks, trailing arm mounts (if needed), chain case guard & all other necessary parts and brackets.
