Barkbuster Lightweight Front Suspension Kits

Timbersled has built the Barkbusters front end kit to be a complete bolt on kit that saves weight  and improves your sleds performance and handling in the mountains.

Barkbusters are not a lightweight version of the stock parts; they have been re-designed to be a better mountain sled front suspension. They are  constructed from 4130 chrome molly steel and use a tubular spindle, which is mounted externally (like a car or truck spindle) to the side of the A-arm or trailing arm. Being built this way gives the Barkbuster design a better structure for strength and allows us to change several other things to make the sled more maneuverable.

A-Arm Front Ends

Arctic Cat M-Series A-Arm Kit

• Saves 10 lbs.

• Turns 13 degrees sharper

• 39 ½” ski stance  

• 18 degrees spindle caster

• This kit includes Fox Float Shocks (shock are 2” shorter due to the different mounting location)

• This kit will provide you with 1” more suspension travel

Kit Includes: A-arms, spindles, 4 ball joints, Fox Float Shocks, tie rods, 4 cross-shaves, & mounting hardware (kit will not adapt a sway bar).

Polaris RMK IQ Chassis

• Kit saves 9 lbs

• Turn 13 degrees sharper

• Kit saves 9 ½  lbs
